Job summary

Qualifications

• Current DoW Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (ServiceNow) and process modeling tools (Visio).

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys for new services, software, and hardware.
• Translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements specifications, user stories, and functional documents.
• Manage changes to baselines through formal change control.
• Act as liaison between end-users and technical teams to communicate business needs.
• Analyze current processes and workflows to ensure changes align with capabilities.
• Represent the ServiceNow Platform Support Team at USSOCOM governance bodies.
• Attend governance board meetings and report feasibility, timelines, and ROI of changes.
• Support UAT planning and prepare test data and environments.
• Create detailed UAT test cases and scripts.
• Execute UAT tests under supervision across functional and end-to-end scenarios.
• Log and track defects with steps to reproduce and expected vs actual results.
• Ensure new service requests are accurately captured and meet stakeholders’ needs.
• Produce clear documentation of requirements and test results.
• Support smooth implementation of changes from request through delivery.
• Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
