Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Property Administrator Senior in Colorado to manage government property and assets per contract requirements, procedures, and regulations.

You will perform inventory, tracking, and coordination of logistics activities with security and government managers, ensuring accurate asset records and timely delivery of materials. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage government property and assets per contract requirements and regulations.
• Support client logistics through analysis, planning, and administration of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Perform inventory management tasks for materials and equipment; receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assets.
• Update asset tracking databases and move equipment between facilities; handle barcode assignments.
• Maintain consumable stock levels and complete equipment reorders as needed.
• Conduct distribution and network studies; monitor inventory to guide delivery times.
• On-site logistics management and hands-on equipment handling with ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Access IT equipment during annual inventory and participate in special projects.
