Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of a moderately complex technical program supporting federal government customers.

You will translate contractual requirements into executable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk across dispersed teams. The role requires Top Secret/SCI eligibility, PM experience on complex IT/C4ISR projects, and a strong background in Agile or hybrid project management.

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance for government-related programs.
• Extensive, demonstrated project-management experience on complex technical, IT, C4ISR/C4I, ICT, or DoD programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tactical duties for a moderately complex technical program.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide performance reporting and risk/issue management for the program.
• Translate contract requirements into executable project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage resources, procurement interfaces, and logistics, including deployment and retrograde activities.
• Foster collaboration across government customers, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
