RedTrace Technologies at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), DC, seeks a Program Security Representative III (PSR III) to support SAP, SCI and collateral programs. A TS/SI clearance and US citizenship are required. Salary ranges up to $190,000 per year with compensation based on qualifications.

The role includes policy adherence, risk assessment, training, and day-to-day security support for multiple programs, along with facility reviews and security education.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years related experience required.
• 2+ years of SAP experience required.
• SFPC certifications count toward 3 years of experience.
• SPSC certifications count toward 5 years of experience.
• Maximum SPED equivalent experience is 5 years or less.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI/collateral data safeguarding procedures.
• Provide day-to-day security support and continuous assessment to identify shortfalls.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in test, training, and operations.
• Assist in OPS Security program development, training, and oversight.
• Coordinate contractor and subordinate facility security support.
• Brief government and senior civilian personnel on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
• Monitor corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters.
• Investigate loss or suspected compromise of classified information.
• Coordinate SAP security education and awareness curriculum.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
