RedTrace Technologies is seeking a Program Security Representative II (PSR II) at Hanscom AFB, MA. This full-time role requires US citizenship and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility to support SAP, SCI, and collateral data security for US military operations.

The PSR II will ensure adherence to NISPOM and related policies, develop security procedures, and provide day-to-day security support across programs. Travel of 10–25% is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits.

• 8-10 years of related experience
• SAP experience
• SFPC counts towards 5 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• SPED Certifications count towards 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)
• 10%-25% Travel

Mansioni

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI and collateral data
• Provide day-to-day security support and identify improvements
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to test, training and operations
• Develop, implement and train the Operations Security program
• Provide contractor and subordinate facility oversight
• Brief personnel at various government levels on security topics
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-ons
• Monitor and track corrective actions from reviews
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information
• Coordinate with SAP security to incorporate lessons learned into the curriculum
