Job summary

GliaCell Technologies, LLC is seeking a Principal DevOps / Software Engineer to support a U.S. Government contract from Laurel, MD. The role focuses on ensuring high availability of a critical BI platform and contributing as an analytics developer for large data sets.

You will mentor junior engineers, implement SRE practices, and work with Java and Python to deliver mission-centric software solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• 12 years of professional/education experience, or 4 additional years in place of a BS.
• Works well independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate site reliability engineering into the operational platform.
• Maintain and advance a mission-essential business intelligence platform.
• Elicit requirements and analyze data to deliver key metrics and insights.
• Develop analytics to combine, normalize, and enrich large data sets.
• Design and implement ETL workflows to normalize data.
