Job summary

Cornerstone Defense is seeking a Test Engineer to support the software development team. You will develop and sustain capable visualization tools, own the product release process, and drive automation and regression testing.

The role requires strong testing methodologies and experience with CI pipelines and performance analysis. The position demands an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent TE experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Five (5) years experience as a Test Engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity is required.
Experience with standard test processes, regression testing, automated testing (service and UI), CI pipelines, and release processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain integrated, feature-rich capabilities for visualization and presentation tools.
Own the product release process and drive automation improvements and regression testing.
Develop test plans and procedures; document test results and develop test code.
Coordinate with SE and other teams to align T&E objectives with decision points.
Plan and execute performance analysis; design data collection and evaluations for T&E.
Ensure test readiness including training participants, equipment readiness, and compliance.
