Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Demonstrated experience working in a training environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Joomla site design and administration.
• Experience developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF) and Dreamweaver/After Effects.
• Experience with CSS and HTML.
• Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS Word.
• Experience solving complex application development problems and advising on product design.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites.
• Experience creating print products (posters, books, materials).
• Experience using content creation and management tools for web design, development, graphic design, animation, videography, photography, audio recording, editing and distribution.
• Experience using JIRA or other IT ticket/work tracking systems.
• Accessing images/graphics from ENVATO, Shutterstock, and similar platforms.
