Job summary

Core One is seeking a Contract Security Officer to oversee security for our IC contracts. The CSO will interface with government and customer security partners, ensuring compliance with DD254, ICDs, ICS, NISPOM, and relevant policies, while managing SCI/SAP requirements and security training.

The position requires TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance, 5+ years in industrial or contract security, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting industrial/contract security or related security functions.
• Experience with SCI, SAP, or other compartmented security requirements.
• Strong understanding of NISPOM, ICDs, ICS and agency security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own security administration and compliance for IC contracts and programs.
• Review security requirements in DD254s, SCGs, contract clauses, SOW/PWS, and guidance.
• Coordinate with government security representatives and program security staff.
• Manage SCI/SAP and other compartmented security requirements as applicable.
• Support SCIFs and secure workspaces; maintain security records and training materials.
• Provide security guidance to program managers and staff; assist with proposals and captures.
