Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an OSINT/DR Analyst in San Diego to conduct advanced open-source and digital research analysis, integrating findings with multiple intelligence disciplines. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a strong ability to fuse data across sources.

You will develop customer-directed products, coordinate with interagency teams, and produce professional reports in military format while ensuring security protocols and passport readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an OSINT/DR analyst.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and related tools
• Master-level research, data gathering, synthesis, and analysis
• Experience with ABI data is strongly desired
• Experience acquiring resources and integrating advanced technologies
• Knowledge of CI/OPSEC procedures used by DoD/IC/MSC
• Must possess or obtain a U.S. passport
• Proven ability to produce clear, military-format reports

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced OSINT/DR analysis and integrate with multiple intelligence disciplines
• Utilize OSINT/DR tools to support strategic and operational goals
• Perform structured research, data collection, and data fusion for decision making
• Develop customer-directed products by synthesizing data from open sources
• Coordinate with interagency and cross-functional teams
• Provide analytical support in DoD/IC protocol compliance
• Create and maintain relevant databases
• Identify and implement new OSINT/DR tools and data sources
• Prepare clear, professional correspondence and reports in military format
• Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documentation and presentations
• Support customer missions as needed with OSINT/DR insights
• Maintain TS/SCI eligibility and travel/passport readiness
• 3 years of SOF experience (desired)
