Job summary

Vantor Inc. in Herndon, VA, is seeking a senior ML/AI systems engineer to design and deploy CV pipelines, data systems, and AI workloads for government and commercial customers.

You will lead architecture, deploy ML models to production, and work across cloud, Kubernetes, and containerized services, with TS/SCI clearance requirement. A strong background in computer vision, data engineering, and scalable systems is essential.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• 5+ years of programming in Python/Typescript/Java/C/C++.
• 2+ years leading design/architecture of systems.
• 2+ years in ML engineering, data engineering, or related role.
• Experience deploying ML models to production and building inference pipelines.
• Experience with cloud services, containers, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes workflows for data/ML pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/EE/CE/ML.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy CV pipeline components and data stores.
• Implement synthetic data generation using generative AI for GEOINT data.
• Transform data to support various ML workflow phases.
• Stay updated on CV advances and apply to mission problems.
• Brief internal teams on progress, results, and challenges.
