1 year in JIRA development and automation scripting plus system administration tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage access control lists for admin tool sites.
Create new accounts and project sites within admin tools.
Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for MC&G PEO users.
Ensure tools interface with data viz tools like Tableau.
Coordinate version upgrades to stay NGA compliant.
Submit tickets and track fixes with NGA Help Desk.
Track Weekly Activity Report inputs.
Provide basic MC&G PEO support and refer advanced training to tool admins.
Clearance TS/SCI; Springfield, VA.
