Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Specialist to support UWDC operations in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on ensuring systems and networks enable mission effectiveness for undersea warfare development.

Responsibilities include maintaining IT/IA tasks, advising on hardware and software needs, managing accounts and security tasks, and performing NMCI TA/ACTR duties. 40 hours per week at the UWDC site, with a TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, policies, information assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week at designated work site, typically UWDC Norfolk VA.

Responsabilités

• Accomplish UWDC IT tasks for computers, networks, IA, and secure video teleconferencing.
• Advise on services and solutions to resolve hardware and software problems.
• Maintain and operate computers, networks, servers, and video teleconference systems.
• Perform NMCI Trusted Agent (TA) and ACTR duties.
• Manage MAC requests, asset inventory, PIN resets, and LRA verifications.
• Support cyber security tasks and training, manage Enterprise User Accounts.
• Resolve software/hardware issues and conflicts between applications.
