Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an IT Security Auditor to lead stakeholder engagement and delivery for IT controls assessments for federal agencies. You will analyze control weaknesses, identify root causes, and craft remediation plans, mentoring junior staff along the way.

Ideal candidates have information security or IT audit backgrounds, actively maintaining a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and at least two years in IT consulting. Up to 10% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 2+ years of IT consulting or IT audit experience with federal focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT controls assessments and program evaluations for federal agencies.
• Engage stakeholders, conduct interviews with ISSOs and system admins.
• Review docs like SSPs, SOPs, logs, scans; test IT controls against standards.
• Summarize assessment results for senior leadership and client teams.
• Mentor junior staff in IT controls testing and delivery.
