Job summary

Nightwing seeks an IT Project Manager to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise web applications and on‑premises technology solutions. You will oversee agile initiatives for Java Spring Boot and Angular apps and coordinate efforts across software and hardware systems.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph and a relevant degree. You will guide cross‑functional teams toward secure, scalable delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven IT project management experience in software and/or infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and enterprise software development practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of custom enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies.
• Coordinate development, modernization, integration, and sustainment for custom apps and on‑premises hardware systems.
• Plan and facilitate program activities, including meetings, briefings, milestones, and updates.
• Identify and promote best practices to streamline workflows and improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, tech leads, and program management to track agile progress.
• Provide guidance to teams aligned to agile initiatives and delivery objectives.
• Document Agile Project Plans with Milestones, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and impact analysis.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Create and maintain project reporting using enterprise tools.
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communications for timely deliverables.
• Develop technical documentation for custom software, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Review and refine functional descriptions, system specs, and technical reports.
• Compile data, conduct analysis, and prepare leadership reports.
• Assist in preparing management plans and aligning resources.
