Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking an Information Security Officer (ISO) / Classification Management Specialist in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on handling classified material, applying classification guidance, and ensuring proper marking and controls across programs.

Requires Active TS/SCI clearance with 5+ years in classification management or related fields, plus knowledge of derivative classification and records management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of classification management, document control, or information security administration.
• Knowledge of derivative classification under EO 13526 and relevant guides.
• Experience with classified document accountability and records management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review classified and controlled documents for proper classification and marking per classification guides.
• Support derivative classification determinations and guidance to program personnel.
• Maintain accountability for classified holdings: inventories, receipts, transfers, destruction records.
• Manage classified document control: receipt, distribution, storage, disposition.
• Support development and maintenance of program-specific security classification guides.
• Conduct spot checks and self-inspections of classification handling and marking compliance.
• Maintain records management systems for classified material per retention schedules.
• Provide classification management training and guidance to program staff.
