Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions, LLC seeks an Information Security Officer responsible for classified information management, document reviews, derivative classification support, and marking compliance. The role covers accountability for classified holdings and records management, with guidance on classification policies.

Responsibilities include training program staff, developing SCGs, and ensuring adherence to retention schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years in classification management or information security administration.
• Knowledge of derivative classification under EO 13526 and classification guides.

Responsibilities

• Review classified and controlled documents for proper classification and marking.
• Support derivative classification determinations and guidance on classification decisions.
• Maintain accountability for classified holdings incl. inventories and destruction records.
• Manage classified document control: receipt, distribution, storage, disposition.
• Support development/maintenance of security classification guides (SCGs).
• Conduct spot checks and self-inspections of handling and marking compliance.
• Maintain records management systems for classified material per retention schedules.
• Provide classification management training to program staff.
