Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 in Boulder, CO. This 100% onsite role requires active Top Secret clearance and comprehensive program security management across multiple disciplines.

You will guide security compliance, lead audits, and coordinate with government customers to ensure safeguarding of sensitive information. Responsibilities include CSSO duties, SAP/SCIF administration, and the development of security training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience OR Master’s with 3 years of experience
• Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance
• Knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM), ICDs, DoD Manuals and related security requirements
• CSSO experience in SCIF or SAPF environments
• Ability to develop and deliver security training and awareness programs

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and oversee restricted programs
• Provide proactive security guidance for high-visibility programs
• Maintain relationships with program management, engineering, contracts, and government counterparts
• Manage security compliance across SCIF, SAPF, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and document control
• Conduct internal security audits and track corrective actions
• Develop and maintain program SOPs and security documentation
• Lead investigations into security incidents and coordinate with authorities
• Deliver security briefings to leadership and external customers
