Vantor is seeking a geospatial data professional to automate data ingestion and analysis using Python and AWS. You will apply geospatial techniques to extract mission-relevant insights and create maps and visualizations for diverse audiences.

Required TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, bachelor's degree with 3+ years or master's with 1+ year experience, and willingness to work on-site in a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong experience using Python for geospatial data transformation, automation, and analysis.
• Strong experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS).
• Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, AWS and Linux-based environments.
• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required; willing to work on-site full time.

Responsibilities

• Use Python scripting and AWS services to automate geospatial data ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
• Apply geospatial data science techniques to identify patterns, trends, and mission-relevant insights.
• Create maps, visualizations, and analytic products for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain high-quality, repeatable data workflows, ensuring data integrity, documentation, and performance.
