Job summary

Tesla Laboratories, Inc. seeks an experienced Furniture Project/Installation Manager to lead complex government furniture installations. The role involves direct engagement with Government representatives, travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites, and coordinating with subcontractors and dealership project managers.

Required is an Active TS/SCI with CI Poly and 5+ years of relevant PM/installation experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and floorplan interpretation skills. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly, preferably from this client.
• 5+ years of experience as a furniture installer or project manager for similar scope.
• Knowledge of manufacturer’s furniture products used under the contract.
• Systems furniture knowledge and typical parts for workstations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and floorplans.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex furniture installation projects from start to finish.
• Lead and manage installation projects with subcontractors.
• Serve as liaison between Government and contractors for furniture execution.
• Oversee all phases: planning, scheduling, meetings, QC, documentation.
• Manage Service Central furniture ticket process and installations.
• Ensure complete installation packages meet OSHA and Government standards.
