Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions seeks a Furniture Project/Installation Manager in Washington, DC for complex government installation programs. Travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites is required, with some physical labor including furniture installations and inventory tasks.

The role coordinates end-to-end projects, liaises with Government and contractors, and ensures safety, quality, and documentation across all project phases. Expect PM/IM support as needed and extensive record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a furniture installer or project manager.
• Knowledge of manufacturer's furniture products used under the contract.
• Systems furniture knowledge including typical parts for workstations.
• Proven ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and implement quick solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and floorplans.
• Willingness to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex furniture installation projects from start to finish, ensuring government compliance and quality.
• Support CONUS and OCONUS BPA Call Orders with PM/IM support as needed.
• Lead and manage installation projects with subcontractors and vendors.
• Liaise between Government and contractors for all furniture execution activities.
• Oversee all phases: planning, scheduling, quality control and compliance.
• Maintain agendas, meeting minutes, schedules, inventories and trackers in government Share site.
• Manage the Service Central furniture ticket process including repairs and reconfigurations.
• Supervise Furniture Installation Subcontractors and Dealership Project Managers.
