Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Application Developer with Red Hat Cloud FullStack expertise to design and implement omnichannel systems of engagement, leveraging OpenShift, microservices, and cloud-native principles. You'll work on API-driven architectures and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

You will also support incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance while ensuring compliance with security guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience providing Tier II/III incident troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Experience monitoring and tuning system performance for availability and stability.
Administration and automation of Red Hat OpenShift environments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps integration.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier II/III support for incidents, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation per SLAs/SLOs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor and optimize system performance for availability and stability.
Administer, configure, and automate Red Hat OpenShift environments for scalable deployments.
