Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. seeks a Financial Management Specialist / Financial Systems Analyst to support NGA FM to improve financial data processing across NGA systems and applications. You will work on GEO-F, ORBIT, GEAR, CRS, IPP, and future enhancements, shaping technical and functional requirements.

The role emphasizes implementing PPBE-related processes, creating roadmaps, and coordinating with government representatives to ensure system alignment with user needs and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics, Communications, or related humanities field.
• 8 years of total experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing financial systems options, and implementing system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules and technology roadmaps.
• Develop business cases for financial system enhancements and support governance intake/prioritization.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, CONOPs, and end-user training materials.
• Define methodologies for data migration and subsystem integration.
• Participate in meetings on NGA Core Financial Systems operations and maintenance.
• Develop UAT and post-patch testing processes to validate financial results before deployment.
