Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. seeks a seasoned financial policy professional to support the Comptroller Office within the Financial Management Directorate.

You will help develop policies, procedures, and business processes to achieve fiscal compliance and audit remediation across the agency. Responsibilities include preparing staff packages, delivering briefings to NGA and oversight leadership, editing directorate documents, and advising on fiscal matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in federal financial management (accountant, auditor, analyst, or financial system analyst).
• Certified Public Accountant or other professional financial certification preferred.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
• Experience supporting DoD/IC financial management processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise NGA policies and procedures within the NGA governance framework for accounting, budgeting, financial execution, fiscal law, and travel.
• Provide financial policy advice, guidance, and interpretation to NGA Components to ensure fiscal compliance.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to NGA, FM, and oversight agency senior leadership as necessary.
• Edit FM directorate documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Engage NGA Components to develop, review, and implement policies to support audit readiness or remediation.
• Collaborate with the NGA Corporate Policy Office to prepare draft policies for agency coordination and comment.
