The position requires TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years in facility mechanics and electrical systems, with a focus on power, generators, HVAC, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in building/facility mechanics and electrical systems.
• Experience with generators, power distribution units (PDU), UPS, ATS, HVAC.
• Must maintain certification and proficiency with HAZMAT PPE.

Responsibilities

• Support readiness, reliability, and survivability of facilities during emergencies.
• Work entails 12-hour rotating shifts with callouts.
• Maintain critical network operations support for facilities/equipment.
• Perform routine and interim maintenance on facility equipment.
• Provide escort services during contractor visits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws.
