Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Data Center Installation Support Technician for an on-site role in Manassas, VA. A TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph is required, with responsibilities spanning lifecycle management, monitoring, and incident resolution on a large federal government contract.

Qualifications
- BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
- L2/L3 installation, service, and support experience in Networking.
- Security+ certification.
- Linux knowledge/troubleshooting.
- CCNA certification (nice to have).
- Data center experience (nice to have).
- ServiceNow (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Support data center network and infrastructure operations on a large federal government contract.
- Handle lifecycle management, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution at a Tier 2/3 level.
- Mentor and assist junior team members while working independently.
