Job summary

Inferno Systems is looking for proactive and self-motivated individuals to work as a Cyber Network Operator on a highly technical team conducting remote cyber operations. You should have a minimum of 7 years of related experience, have a solid background in the Penetration Test / Attack Lifecycle and be able to pivot and exploit while avoiding detection in high-security networks.

Qualifications

• Experience exploiting Windows OS across versions within the last 5 years.
• Experience with Linux, Unix, Mac OS and related admin tasks.
• Scripting to automate tasks: C++, Bash, Perl, PowerShell.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Knowledge of wireless Tech and mobile OS environments.
• Experience with Metasploit, Netcat, BurpSuite, NMAP, Nessus.
• Understanding of network security devices and IDS/IPS concepts.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/ESXi/vSphere, KVM).
• Ability to convey information clearly, risk assessment awareness.
• Strong self-starting, analytical mindset, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all phases of network exploitation with a focus on stealth and persistence.
• Build end-to-end penetration testing platforms and coordinate with partners.
• Mentor junior testers and deliver tasks under tight deadlines.
• Operate in high-security environments and adapt to diverse networks.
