Job summary

Helm Point Solutions, Inc. in Augusta, GA, seeks Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST) to join a security-focused program supporting critical national infrastructure. This frontline role focuses on preventing security breaches in SCIF construction sites and safeguarding sensitive spaces from exploitation.

The CST will document security-related modifications, screen access at the worksite, and ensure adherence to ICS 705-1 standards. Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Currently hold an active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Three or more years of CST experience and familiarity with construction trades, SCIF construction, and security controls.
• Completed the Department of State CST course or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and brief security-related modifications during SCIF construction
• Identify and validate authorized access documentation for entrance/exit to/from the worksite
• Execute security screening to inspect packages, tools, and equipment entering/exiting the worksite
• Possess knowledge of Intelligence Community Standard (ICS 705-1) for SCIFs
• Conduct surveillance and monitor construction activities to ensure security integrity
• Inspect, report, and thwart unauthorized penetrations and clandestine devices
• Coordinate with Site Security Manager to enforce policies and alert vulnerabilities
• Ensure contractor activities at military construction sites conform to the construction security plan
