Job summary

Amentum seeks a Construction Surveillance Technician in Annapolis Junction, MD for a full-time, non-exempt position. Responsibilities include security surveillance on construction sites, coordination with the Site Security Manager, and enforcing CSP procedures. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 1pm–9pm, with potential weekend shifts based on customer needs.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, U.S. citizenship, and 3+ years of construction experience across trades, along with strong reporting

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Read, speak and understand English fluently.
• Ability to complete written reports and forms.
• Provide excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic physical security in accordance with SCIF policies and ICS 705-1 standards.
• Monitor construction activities and materials to ensure security integrity of the building.
• Inspect, detect and report unauthorized penetrations and clandestine devices.
• Coordinate with Government Site Security Manager to follow security policies.
• Support access controls and screening procedures per CSP.
