Core-CSI LLC, a Sterling, VA-based firm, is seeking a SharePoint Migration and Development specialist to lead on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations. You will re-architect Nintex forms/workflows into Power Apps and Power Automate, and develop SPFx-based solutions using REST APIs for both classic and modern SharePoint experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
• Proven experience migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Strong background in Nintex forms and workflows, with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SPFx, REST, and content management systems.
• Experience with jQuery, React, Angular, and other development frameworks.
• Familiarity with SharePoint classic and modern views.
• Knowledge of canvas and model-driven app development.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint legacy versions and current versions.

Responsabilidades

• Migration expertise: lead migration of on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Nintex migration: rewrite/migrate forms and workflows to Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Development: use SPFx, REST APIs, and modern frameworks to enhance SharePoint apps.
• Content/knowledge management: design/implement effective solutions for views.
• Application development: create canvas and model-driven apps per business needs.
• Mentorship and communication: guide junior staff and communicate with stakeholders.
• Leverage legacy/current SharePoint knowledge to guide migration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
