Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a fully cleared Program Scheduler 3 to support a program at Fort Meade, Maryland. You will design, develop, and maintain resource-loaded schedules, linking multiple project schedules to the overall Master Program Schedule and IMPs.

You will work with development and operations teams, use MS Project or Primavera, and apply advanced scheduling techniques while maintaining dependencies and status.

Qualifications

• 12 years' experience as a Scheduler in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; 4 years scheduling experience may substitute for degree.
• 2 years' experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software.
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera course completed with demonstrated experience in MS Project and/or Primavera.
• AACE or PSP certification is desired.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience, reducing requirement to ten years.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI with FSP clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementations, developmental and operational systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to keep schedules current.
• Use MS Project, Primavera, or mandated software to integrate multiple project schedules into the Master Program Schedule.
• Maintain linkages and dependencies across related projects and IMPs.
