Job summary

Sotalent is partnering with a leading global technology provider to recruit a cleared DevOps Engineer for a federal customer in the Chantilly, VA area. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring an active TS/SCI clearance, supporting mission-critical infrastructure for national security initiatives.

You will own the technology stack, automate deployments, and manage configurations across Linux/UNIX systems, Kubernetes environments, and containerized apps.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes and containerized apps.
• Strong Linux/UNIX system knowledge.
• Scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Networking fundamentals including VLANs, firewalls, bonding.
• Experience with container tools: Docker, Podman, OpenShift.
• Familiarity with identity management protocols like OIDC or KeyCloak.
• Security best practices: encryption and access controls.

Responsibilities
