Job summary

Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is seeking a Cleared DevOps Engineer to join our Dayton-area team on-site. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and experience deploying Azure infrastructure with IaC, automated pipelines, and secure configurations for AirGap environments.

The position emphasizes DoD-aligned security, automation of CI/CD pipelines, and integration of identity management. Candidates should be within driving distance of Beavercreek, OH or be willing to relocate with

Qualifications

Security+ certification is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance or above is required.
Experience deploying Microsoft infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field with leadership experience or equivalent.
8+ years in related technology with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate Azure infrastructure using IaC (Bicep/Terraform).
Build and maintain Azure Pipelines to automate provisioning of VMs and services.
Enforce GitOps-based baselines for versioned configurations.
Create pipelines for image generation with Packer and maintain golden images.
Ensure security compliance and IAM integration (AD/Entra ID).
Operate secure enterprise environments aligned with DoD standards and vulnerability tools.
Document configurations in Confluence and coordinate with onsite/remote teams.
Provide Tier 1 support including automated baseline desktop and software installs.
