Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Mid-level Agile Engineer (Cloud) to contribute to cloud-hosted intelligence applications. You will write, modify, and test code as part of an integrated Agile team, delivering software through a two-week sprint cadence.

Dayton, OH-based position with on-site work at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with several years of experience, plus hands-on engineering with GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence and an active TS/SCI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on software development and writing clean, maintainable code.
Experience with GitLab repositories, JIRA, and Confluence.
Active TS/SCI security clearance for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB.
NASIC experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Hands-on Coding & Configuration: Writes and modifies software code, configurations, and baseline scripts for cloud-hosted intelligence applications.
Active Sprint Cadence Execution: Fully participates in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and capability demonstrations on a fixed two-week sprint cadence.
Discrepancy Remediation Support: Collaborates with senior engineering staff to address minor bugs, documentation updates, and routine maintenance.
Tool & Backlog Compliance: Uses JIRA and Confluence daily to track tasks, log code changes, and transition user stories through development review boards.
