Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to support NASIC. You will design, develop, test, and deliver AI/ML components to advance the IC’s capabilities with secure, scalable architectures.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years of direct experience, and proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in government environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
3+ years of direct work experience.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Experience with scalable cloud-native applications and event-driven architecture.
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams and supporting customer-facing technical engagements

Responsibilities

Integrate modernized analytic tools into AI/ML capabilities.
Develop user interfaces for AI/ML tools.
Incorporate monitoring, including drift detection and demand tracking.
Leverage relevant data sources and ensure data accessibility for training, testing, and validation.
Document and ensure reproducibility of data preparation steps.
Deliver a scalable AI/ML software stack across NASIC.
Ensure components operate within government security and architecture.
Design processes for sharing AI/ML models.
