Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, test, and deliver AI/ML components for NASIC at Wright-Patt AFB, OH.

You will integrate modern analytic tools, build scalable ML pipelines, and ensure security and compliance across government cloud architectures. The role requires 3+ years of AI/ML experience, proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn, Kubernetes-based platforms, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable, auditable results in a government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/AI or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of direct AI/ML work experience.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with scalable cloud-native apps and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Integrate modern analytic tools into AI/ML capabilities.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces for AI/ML tools.
• Enable monitoring services including model drift detection and demand tracking.
• Deliver a scalable AI/ML software stack across NASIC architecture and data pipelines.
• Train models using government-approved datasets and document procedures.
• Define retraining triggers, update procedures, and model versioning for reliability.
