Job summary
Allen Integrated Solutions seeks an Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Representative for 100% onsite work at Dayton, Ohio, supporting NASIC with agile governance, strategy, and enterprise software delivery. You will lead Scrum/Kanban practices, mentor stakeholders, and align workflows with DoD standards.
The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, advanced agile certifications, and extensive experience in government programs, cloud-native architectures, and NASIC operations across multi-cloud
Qualifications
- Education & experience aligned with Government Program and IT Management in defense/intelligence.
- Advanced Agile certification required (e.g., CSM/CSPO/CACO).
- Experience tailoring workflows to meet DoD/IC standards within Agile pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Agile Governance & NASIC representation: educate and advise developers and stakeholders on Scrum methodologies to remove bottlenecks.
- Pure Agile orchestration: ensure multi-disciplinary teams follow pure Agile principles and maximize velocity in NASIC cloud environments.
- Tool & process standardization: enforce Jira/Confluence use, manage backlogs, translate goals into backlogs, run review boards for rapid-delivery cycles.
- Vendor & lifecycle integration: coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors to integrate agile delivery streams.
- Reporting & delivery management: produce monthly Agile Process Posture Reports and track adoption metrics.
- Mission alignment & community engagement: work with NASIC leadership to align workflows with model-centric intelligence products.
