Job summary

TRIAEM LLC is actively seeking an Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis, MO, to lead high-visibility efforts in government acquisition strategy and capability development.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a PMP or DAWIA III certification. You will coordinate with multiple directorates, guide acquisition lifecycle processes, and align engineering initiatives with national GEOINT priorities.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI.
• Bachelor's degree as specified or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional coordination for developing capabilities across the enterprise.
• Provide expert-level guidance on acquisition strategies, lifecycle management, and system modernization planning.
• Oversee project financials, risk assessments, and schedule control to drive performance.
• Draft and manage acquisition docs including interagency agreements, funding requests, and technical scopes of work.
• Translate objectives into executable program roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Engage domestic and international stakeholders to communicate direction and risks.
• Ensure alignment of acquisition plans and roadmaps with mission outcomes.
• Apply SAFe, Lean, and agile methods to streamline delivery.
• Contribute to POM and IT portfolio integration and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain records using approved program management systems.
