Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a TranSCend - BTP Programming Manager. This role is based out of Raritan, NJ.
The TranSCend - BTP Programming Manager is accountable for the build of Application Development solutions in BTP for TranScend Innovative Medicine ERP platforms in North America and responsible Globally or Regionally for Application Programming. This position has responsibility for designing individual development plans for chapter members, executing member allocation between squads, ensuring the right skills at the right time for HPT teams, monitoring and optimizing performance of chapter services, and acting as a point of escalation for resource and performance issues.
The IT Manager will also partner with regional development managers, functional managers, technical architects, and consultants to assess new project initiatives, provide cost estimates, design procedures and standards, select resources for projects, establish procedures and governance, and follow best practices in application development within an Agile framework.
This role also involves leading enterprise application programming, collaborating with business teams to establish programming strategies and frameworks globally, and ensuring adherence to development methodologies and standards.
