Job summary

Constellis is seeking an unarmed security officer at the Aerospace Arlington VA location. The role requires a current Top Secret clearance or higher and involves routine patrols and access control duties to protect property and personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have a current TS Clearance or Higher.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
• Pass criminal, credit and driving records checks.
• Pass an employment physical.
• Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.
• Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
• Be fully computer literate with computer hardware.
• Must pass training and obtain required certifications and licenses.
• 6 months or more of related security experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Lieutenant or Sergeant.
• Patrol Buyer’s facilities and report all security or safety deficiencies.
• Conduct timed patrol tours and special signoffs as directed.
• Respond to the scene of crimes and emergencies to assist, observe, report, and contain.
• Enforce Buyer’s access and property control policies at all gates and lobbies.
• Subject to frequent interruptions.
• May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Requires intermittent standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
• Climb 8 or more flights of stairs.
