Fusion Technology in Washington, DC is seeking a Security-cleared Mobile Devices Security SME to lead strategy, implementation, and monitoring of mobile device security across mission systems.

The ideal candidate holds a TS clearance, a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field, 8+ years in mobile security, and hands-on experience with MDM/EMM platforms such as Intune or Workspace ONE; federal standards like NIST and FISMA guide your work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years in mobile security, enterprise security architecture, or cybersecurity SME roles.
• In-depth knowledge of iOS/Android, MDM/EMM platforms, and mobile network protocols.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks and policies (e.g., NIST SP 800-124, 800-53 Rev 5, EO 14028, FISMA).
• Preferred CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+/CySA+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and monitoring of mobile device security across the organization.
• Ensure secure deployment and operation of mobile technologies (smartphones, tablets, wearables).
• Provide guidance on mobile threat protection, encryption, and secure communications.
• Evaluate and configure MDM/EMM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron).
• Assess mobile security vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
• Review mobile apps, OS configurations, and mobile communications protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust, EO 14028, FedRAMP, RMF, and mobile-use policies.
• Integrate mobile telemetry into SIEM and analytics for risk visibility.
• Train ISSOs, system owners, and users on secure mobile usage.
• Participate in cybersecurity governance and mobile-related projects with IT, GRC, and Security Engineering teams.
