ICF is seeking a TS-cleared systems engineer to lead development across government subdomains, tools, and components. You will guide QA, perform security and configuration management, and manage lifecycle changes and risks.

You will oversee web and mobile app development, including iOS, Android, and Apple Watch, coordinating with stakeholders to set expectations and ensure compliant, accessible, and robust public-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 8+ years delivering resilient, well-tested, consumer-facing enterprise web applications and large public websites.
• 5+ years of cloud and web development in public/private cloud environments and developing responsive, public-facing websites.
• 5+ years of application development using Python, TAL, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and/or CSS3; experience with data manipulation for web display.
• 5+ years of experience with web platforms and databases (Plone, Zope, Drupal, WordPress, PostgreSQL or similar).
• 5+ years of experience with Section 508 accessibility and web security best practices for public-facing sites.
• 5+ years of mobile app development for iOS, Android, and Apple Watch; app store updates, OS beta/testing, and bug fixes.

Responsabilités

• Lead TS-cleared systems engineering and guide QA across the lifecycle.
• Oversee development and maintenance of government subdomains, tools, and components.
• Manage web development lifecycle including change, risk, and issues; coordinate QA.
• Lead systems administration, security support and configuration management.
• Develop and release mobile apps (iOS/Android/Apple Watch) in collaboration with clients.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and align stakeholder expectations throughout projects.
• Operate within an agile development process and train users on custom software packages.
• Utilize tools to analyze social media data and extract sentiment insights for client missions.
• Create technical templates for apps and products based on designer specs.
• Ensure accessibility, security, and compliance across all platforms.
