Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Application Consultant to configure IBM MREF to match TRIRIGA functionality and support requirements sessions, testing, and post-deployment support for a premier law enforcement agency in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, aligning workflows across Real Estate, Project Management, Space Management, and Operations & Maintenance, and providing Tiered helpdesk support. Requires TS clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• FOUR (4) years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience supporting testing and system deployments, as well as requirements validation.

Responsibilities

• Configure IBM MREF to parity with TRIRIGA functionality.
• Support requirements sessions, workflow maintenance, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Document as-is business processes and to-be functional requirements for validation reports.
• Align MREF with Real Estate, Project Management, Space Management, and O&M; route enhancements for approval.
• Maintain current MREF workflows and modify as needed.
• Provide tiered helpdesk and functional support via SJIRA or similar ITSM tool.
• Support UAT testers and track defects within severity timelines.
• Assist AskFinance during post-deployment hypercare.
• Configure UAT environment with production-representative data and active integrations.
