Join Tallow Steakhouse as we open our doors inside Shaver Food Hall, a dynamic 35,000-square-foot culinary destination in Midtown Manhattan. Our bar team delivers attentive service, crafts cocktails with precision, and guides guests through a curated beverage program designed to elevate dining experiences.

We value professionalism, teamwork, and pride. Fluency in English and 2+ years in upscale settings are expected as you contribute to a culture of approachable refinement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail preparation.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain a valid Food Handler’s and ATAP Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
