Job summary

TruVolt Brands, maker of Snow Joe & Jetson, seeks a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk for its Jersey City, NJ operations. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare documentation, and maintain records to support fast-paced logistics processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/logistics, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with UPS/FedEx and ERP/WMS systems. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, general business or related field.
• 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or order-processing experience.
• Experience in consumer products, wholesale, retail distribution, or eCommerce.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping platforms.
• Experience preparing bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.
• International shipping experience is a plus.
• ERP or warehouse management system experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and general computer apps.
• Strong data-entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize shipments and meet daily deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Position Summary

TruVolt Brands (Snow Joe & Jetson) is looking for a driven, highly successful Product Sourcing Shipping Clerk to join its dynamic and growing team of top professionals that manufacture and sell DTC and B2B, state-of-the art home, garden and landscaping equipment. Think green! Think electric and battery powered snow blowers, lawnmowers, pressure washers and chainsaws. TruVolt carries over 700 products, all of the Snow Joe brands (www.shopjoe.com) and recently acquired Jetson (www.ridejetson.com), which currently produces the number 1 selling e-bicycle in the US.

We are an international consumer products company seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our Operations and Logistics team in Jersey City, NJ.

The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and processing domestic and international shipments
• Creating Purchase Orders
• Tracking logistics
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Maintaining accurate records, and
• Working closely with warehouse personnel, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, wholesale, or consumer products environment and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and meeting daily shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, general business or related degree.
• 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or order-processing experience required.
• Experience within a consumer products, wholesale, retail distribution, or eCommerce environment is required.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, freight forwarders, and common shipping platforms.
• Experience preparing bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documentation.
• International shipping experience is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
