Job summary

TruVolt Brands LLC in Lacey, WA, is seeking a Logistics Clerk Admin to join our on-site warehouse team. You will communicate with brokers, schedule and track loads, and update shipping records while maintaining files and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has experience with WMS/TMS (Manhattan preferred), strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with WMS or TMS system (Manhattan preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with transportation brokers and carriers.
• Schedule and track shipping/receiving loads.
• Update system and shipping and receiving documents as needed.
• Maintain files.
• Complete data entry tasks.
• Responsible for solving issues and discrepancies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
