Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys within the Trusts & Estates department
• Prepare, edit, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
• Coordinate client communications and maintain professional relationships
• Organize and maintain legal files and records
• Assist with document preparation and general practice support
• Support attorneys with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
