Qualifications

• 6+ years of trusts and estates experience.
• Strong estate planning and/or trust and estate administration experience.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Experience with estate, gift and GST tax planning.
• Experience with probate and fiduciary matters is highly valued.
• Exposure to sophisticated wealth transfer or business succession planning.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters and client relationships.
• Strong drafting, technical and communication skills.

The practice advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries and closely held business owners on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters.

The role offers significant responsibility for complex client matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced private client attorneys while taking increasing ownership of client relationships.
