Job summary

Barnes Pailhe King & Bennett Search is seeking Estate Planning Attorneys for roles in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Area. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in high net worth estate and tax planning, trust administration, and drafting wills and trusts.

Candidates must be CA Bar members and capable of working in the office at least 3 days per week. Base compensation ranges from $175K to $375K, with bonuses based on hours produced.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting/writing skills and excellent client service.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with other attorneys and clients.
• Real property transfers and fiduciary accounting experience a plus but not required.

• Solid academic records.

Estate Planning Attorneys Needed (Los Angeles and SF Bay Area)

Our clients, ranging from boutiques to large firms, seek Estate Planning attorneys with 5+ years of experience to advise high net worth individuals and families in all aspects of their estate and tax planning, as well as experience with trust administration.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and drafting wills and trusts.
• Strong technical expertise, excellent drafting/writing skills, exceptional client service skills,
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with other attorneys and clients.
• Real property transfers and fiduciary accounting experience a plus but not required.
• CA Bar membership required
• Solid academic records.

These are excellent opportunities for a seasoned practitioner who enjoys working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.

Candidates must be members of the CA Bar and be willing to work in the office at least 3 days a week. These are full time positions and compensation will be based on experience. Base compensation will be somewhere between $175K and $375K, with a chance to earn bonuses based on hours production.
