BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Trust and Estates Associate Attorney with 4+ years of broad experience in estate planning and administration to support senior attorneys.

The role requires a strong trust and estate law background, excellent analytical abilities, and commitment to exceptional client service. Location is Roseland, NJ with opportunities for growth and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing and reviewing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives).
• Manage administration of estates and trusts, including probate, accounting, and asset distribution.
• Perform legal research and analyze complex estate planning issues.
• Prepare and file tax returns for estates and trusts.
• Represent clients in probate court and related disputes.
• Advise clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes and protect assets.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with financial planners, accountants, and other professionals.
